The Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology is located on 8th Street.

This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application of ohms law, series-parallel circuits, performing electrical continuity, voltage, and current tests, motor wiring, and control principles.
   
This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application of the basic refrigeration cycle, thermodynamics, heat transfer, temperature/pressure relationships, refrigeration containment, and refrigeration components.
   
This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application of advanced electrical instruction, theory, operation, and protection of electric motors, identification of the application of solid state devices, and troubleshooting electric motors and controls.
   
This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application of electrical control devices, electromechanical controls, troubleshooting complex electrical control devices, control circuits, and the application of air conditioning control concepts.
   
This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application of troubleshooting principles and the use of test instruments to diagnose air conditioning and refrigeration components and system problems. The student will also demonstrate knowledge of the sequence of operation, accessory application, and component operation.
   
This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application and installation of mechanical air conditioning systems including operating conditions, repair, and charging of air conditioning systems.
   
This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application of identifying different types of gas furnaces, component operation, service, and safety inspections on gas and electric heating systems.
   
This laboratory is used to practice classroom theory in the application of refrigerant piping, sheet-metal and duct-board duct construction, and industry accepted safety procedures.
