  Commencement

Commencement is an event that crowns a student's educational success and allows family, friends, TSTC faculty and staff to say, "Job well done!”

Since graduation ceremonies are held before graduate certification occurs, students are permitted to participate in these events only upon the recommendation by faculty. Students are required to wear the regalia designated by TSTC during commencement ceremonies. Students who do not have a cap and gown will not be allowed to walk across the stage.

The Summer 2008 Commencement ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m., Friday, Aug. 15, at the Waco Convention Center. The Waco Convention Center is located at 100 Washington Ave. in downtown Waco.
