| Step 2— Between the third and twelfth weeks of the semester, the Office of Admissions & Records will process and complete degree audits, graduation certification sheets and any outstanding substitutions or transfers. |

| Step 3 — Purchase a cap and gown and invitations for your family and friends at the TSTC Bookstore. |
| |
| Step 4 — If you are a candidate for graduation, you may participate in the Commencement Ceremony at the end of your last semester. |
| |

The Fall 2008 Commencement ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m., Tuesday, Dec.
2, at Ferrell Center. The Ferrell Center
is located on the corner of University Parks Drive and LaSalle Avenue in
Waco.

| Step 5 — On the day of the Commencement you will: |
- wear dark slacks/skirt and dark shoes
- check in by 5 p.m.
- put on your cap & gown (black)
- line up by technology
- file in
- sit in rows
- be ushered to go up and shake hands and receive a letter from the Vice President
- return to seating from other side

| Step 6 —
At 5:30 p.m., family and friends will be asked to find a seat so that we may
finalize the line up for the processional. |
- By 5:45 p.m. you should be lined up
alphabetically (within your program/technology).
