A transcript can be requested by sending a signed statement. The statement should include full name, social security number, date last attended (if known), major, and name and address where the transcript should be mailed. Please note that transcript requests require 24-48 hours for processing.
Transcript requests cannot be processed if holds are on the student's account. If this occurs, a letter will be sent to the address on the transcript request. Once the hold is cleared, the student must submit a new request to Admissions & Records.
