The area is part of an abatement zone and can offer tax benefits to industries. Utilities and support services are readily available in the airport vicinity and transportation is easily accessible including railways and highways such as Interstate 35. ACT I, Airborne Express and L-3 Communications currently lease facilities at the TSTC Waco Airport.
