| Procedure for Handling Flight Fees |

- Flight fees can be paid in Student Accounting.
- An initial deposit of $2,000 starts you flying, with a
$250 minimum maintained thereafter. Depositing another $1,200 each month is
recommended to allow flying eight times a month and completing the program on
time.
- Upon graduation or withdrawal from the APT program,
unused flight fees shall be returned upon written request. Portions of the
flight fee deposit from a school grant or loan is cleared through the
originating agency, to reclaim it. Withdrawals for other purposes are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: All students enrolling in the Aircraft Pilot Training program
must have a Class II Airman's Medical Certificate in their possession at the
time of enrollment. A list of FAA-approved physicians is available at APT
dispatch or online at http://www.flightphysical.com.
