Working in the construction field means adapting to variety of tasks.
Entry-level workers may begin as a builder's apprentice, progressing to
higher levels with experience, such as site manager, field supervisor, and
superintendent. Responsibilities could entail anything from overseeing
inspections and coordinating paperwork, to preparing budgets or interacting
with subcontractors.
