Salaries & Advancement:
Biomedical Equipment Technology graduates earn starting salaries ranging from $29,000to $42,000 per year, with an average of more than $33,000. With experience, biomedical equipment technicians can advance to positions such as BMET supervisor, technical service operations manager, risk manager or safety officer. These professionals may also work as manufacturer's area managers, district managers or national service managers. Opportunities are unlimited for motivated professionals in this field.
