Bookstore Refunds

All refunds will be tendered in the manner purchased.

Checks will require a ten business day waiting period before refund will be issued.

Textbook Returns

. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on text book returns the first nine class days unless proof of drop or schedule change is provided.

. Original receipt is required.

. Books must be in original condition. Books NOT in their original condition (Unwrapped or marked in textbook), will receive a 50% refund off original purchase price.

. Returns after the first nine class days will require proof of drop or schedule change, textbooks will be purchased at 50% of the purchase price.

No exceptions.
