Textbooks are eligible for refunds if they are returned during the first 12 class days of the term and are accompanied by the sales receipt. When these requirements are met, the following formulas apply:

• 100% refund for books that are in their original condition;
• 75% refund for books that are not in their original condition; and
• 50% refund for books that are written in, marked, or soiled.
