TSTC Waco offers homes and duplexes in the Brazos Living area of the campus. The Brazos Living area features two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and duplexes. The homes offer students with families an affordable option for campus living. These homes are unfurnished, but do come equipped with a refrigerator and stove. All family housing units have central heat and air and washer dryer connections.

There is an outdoor swimming pool for recreation during the summer months and a recreation center with a fitness center for student use year round. The campus also includes a walk and run track. The TSTC Police Department is located on campus for the convenience and security of the residents.

Banking services are easily accessible at the Educator's Credit Union. On-site dining is available in the TSTC Café, which offers both semester meal plans and a la carte dining.
