Meal Plans
TSTC
students have three meal plan options that allow them access to Tornado
Alley
Café, conveniently located in TSTC Waco’s Student Services
Center, where they can
obtain meal services in a clean and inviting setting, without the worries of
carrying
around cash.

semester, are required to purchase a meal plan for his/her first two
consecutive semesters on campus, in addition to
housing fees.
Students
meeting these qualification, will automatically be billed for the 1M525 Meal
Plan. However, students may
elect
to upgrade to a different meal plan during the sign-up
period
Returning
students may enroll for a meal plan during the sign-up
period†
by completing a Meal Plan Contract
with
the Student Accounting Office and paying the appropriate price for the plan
selected.

Depending
on the plan selected, students begin each semester with a set amount of
funds
that are electronically added to their TechOne card account. As purchases are made, students on a
meal
plan must present their TechOne Student ID to the Tornado Alley Café
Cashier. The card will be debited, based on
what
is being purchased, therefore, the balance declines. Students will receive a receipt for
their current purchase which will indicate the remaining balance of their
meal
plan.
Meal Plan Changes
Students have the first two weeks
of
a semester to make changes to their meal plan. After that period changes will not be
accepted.
To request a change to a current
meal plan, a student must complete a Meal Plan Contract
Change
form with the Student Accounting Office and
pay any
additional costs associated with the new plan, if applicable. This includes upgrades, downgrades,
and/or
cancellations (if not required).
