Campus Help Desk
The Campus Help Desk (CHD) for students is dedicated to providing
computer-related service and technical support to the students of TSTC.
Campus Help Desk for students is staffed by student workers who are the
primary contact and support for assisting you with the following areas:
Students needing assistance after normal business hours please submit a
Service Request, and someone will contact you within the next business day.
Faculty/staff needing assistance after normal business hours please submit a
Helpdesk Ticket and choose "Tech Support After Hours" as the categories.
Someone will contact you within the next business day.
Internet Access, if you live in the Apartments or
Dorms on campus
Wired Internet service is available for Village Oaks
and LaVaca Hall. Free wireless is available to the Red River Apartments.
