Graduates of the program hold jobs with titles such as network administrator, network technician, computer or network support specialist, help-desk or system administrator and network consultant.

• Troubleshoot network and computer problems;
• Retrain themselves to adapt to new networking technologies as they emerge;
• Produce quality work using their acquired knowledge and skills;
• Use resources to locate and apply information applicable to the job at hand; and
• Administer to clients' and network users' needs.
