| Accommodations Services Policy |

| All services, including interpreting and note taking services, will be suspended if the student has three consecutive absences, or if the number of absences totals the number of hours of instruction within a two week-period, in accordance with TSTC's attendance policy. A memo is sent to the student, the accommodation provider (interpreter, note taker, reader, etc.) and the instructor of the course informing them of suspension of services. After the student responds to the memo, services may be reinstated. If the student doesn't respond in one week from the date of the memo, services will be cancelled. If the student continues to miss class after reinstatement of services, further action may be taken, including cancellation of services for the entire semester. |
