Roles & Responsibilities:
Marine Specialization graduates' responsibilities may include diagnosing, inspecting, repairing and servicing marine related power equipment.
 
Employers want technicians who can:
  • Communicate well with others;
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge;
  • Work efficiently alone or in team settings; and
  • Diagnose and repair problems with engines, power trains, brakes, air-conditioning systems, hydraulics, electrical and electronic equipment, power generation engines, tracks and undercarriages, equipment steering, and other marine related equipment.
