Applications will be processed only after the receipt of the $15 nonrefundable application fee for each person over the age of 17 years who will be living in the home. The security deposit of $300.00 must be received before a house can be assigned to any family. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply early to ensure house availability. Specific units will be held for no more than two weeks prior to the signing of the lease and the occupancy of the housing unit. If a student has not reserved a specific unit and the student elects not to lease a family housing unit, TSTC will refund the full deposit. Payment of the application fee and the deposit may be in person by check, money order, credit card or cash at the Cashier's office located on campus in the Student Services Center or students may mail the application along with the payment of the application fee and the refundable deposit to:
