TSTC Waco offers homes and duplexes in the family housing area of the campus. The Family Housing area features three bedroom and four bedroom brick single unit homes. The homes offer students with families an affordable option for campus living. These homes are unfurnished, but do come equipped with a refrigerator and stove. All family housing units have central heat and air and washer dryer connections.

There is an outdoor swimming pool for recreation during the summer months and a recreation center with a fitness center for the students for year round use. The campus also includes a walk and run track. The Public Safety Department is located on campus for the convenience and security of the residents.

Banking services are easily accessible at the Educator's Credit Union. Onsite dining is available in the TSTC Café, which offers both semester meal plans and a la carte dining.
