Major Renovation Projects
 
Beginning October 8, 2007 there will be a major reconstruction of the sidewalks between 3 Bolling and 38 Bolling. During this time we are asking the tenants please do not park on Bolling street between these addresses. We estimate this job to complete within 3 to 4 weeks pending on the weather. We will notify the tenants when the project is complete.
 
Currently in process of demolishing 17 of the brick homes in the housing area.  
 
In addition we are in process of replacing roofs on several duplexes in Family Housing. This project began around November 1, 2007 and will continue for the next two months.
 
Sidewalk project is completed.
