Counselor meeting with prospective studentThere's many ways to help finance your education. While we are proud of the fact that TSTC's education is affordable and a high return on your investment, we realize financing is the only option for some students.

Financial Aid and the resources it can provide are valuable to students who would otherwise be unable to go to college.  It is important to realize that some types of aid may not cover all your expenses.

Please keep in mind that:

  • Not all students are eligible for grant assistance
  • The amount of money available for financial aid is limited and may not meet all of your financial needs
  • Financial aid is not always available when each term begins. Students must consider financial aid application processing time and federally mandated waiting periods.

Planning ahead for college and making efforts to obtain as much money as possible from other resources will make paying for college less stressful. This may be particularly helpful at the beginning of each term before financial aid funds are made available.

Please read the TSTC Consumer Information Guide and keep for your records when appling for aid.

And remember — you must complete enrollment requirements with Admissions & Records office before any financial aid can be awarded.

An institutional financial aid professional is expected to always maintain exemplary standards of professional conduct in all aspects of carrying out his or her responsibilitie.  To find out more about the Code of Conduct for Institutional Financial Aid Professionals click here.
