Texas State Technical College recognizes that educational campuses are not immune to criminal activities. With the safety and security of those who enter our campus a priority, commissioned police officers are employed to provide an array of law enforcement services.

It is the policy of Texas State Technical College to comply fully with the published mandates of the Student Right-to-Know & Campus Security Act (pdf) (Public Law 101-542), the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1991 (Public Law 102-26), the Higher Education Amendments of 1992 (Public Law 102-325), and that each operating unit of the System prepare and follow procedures to satisfy the stipulations of the Act, as amended.
