Help Desk Central
Help Desk Central is for Students, Faculty and Staff. The Technology support
teams are dedicated to providing computer-related service and technical
support to the students, faculty and staff of TSTC. The Student Technology
Support team is for students and is staffed by student workers who are the
primary contact and support for assisting students with their technical
needs. The Campus Technology Support team is for faculty and Staff, and is
dedicated to providing Network/Computer-related service and technical
support to the Faculty and Staff of TSTC.
- Students needing assistance after normal business hours
please submit a Service Request, and someone will contact you within the
next business day.
- Internet Access, if you live in the Apartments or Dorms on
campus
- Wired Internet service is available for Village Oaks and
LaVaca Hall.
- Minor PC troubleshooting and virus/spyware removal
- MyTSTC Portal/Web Advisor/E-mail password management and
login assistance
- Faculty/staff needing assistance after normal business
hours please submit a Helpdesk Ticket and choose "Tech Support After Hours"
as the categories. Someone will contact you within the next business day.
