Technical support is offered Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
After hours:
Submit a Service Request or Helpdesk Ticket for after hour services.
Student Technology Support
Student Technology Support is dedicated to providing
computer-related service and technical support to the students of TSTC.
Student Technology Support is staffed by student workers who are the
primary contact and support for assisting you with the following areas:
Students needing assistance after normal business hours please submit a
Service Request, and someone will contact you within the next business day.
Internet Access, if you live in the Apartments or
Dorms on campus
Wired Internet service is available for Village Oaks
and LaVaca Hall.
Minor PC troubleshooting and virus/spyware removal
