TSTC is currently contracting with Deer Oaks, a behavioral health organization for our EAP (Employee Assistance Program).  EAP services are available to our employees and their immediate family members.  The EAP is a link to wellness resources and short term counseling services paid for by TSTC.

Deer Oaks services and benefits for TSTC include:

·                    5 short-term counseling sessions per issue (unlimited issues)

·                    Expertise in assessments with accurate diagnoses and treatment planning

·                    Interactive website with helpful tools and tips

·                    EAP clinicians available throughout the state as well as nation-wide

·                    Free and confidential services
