Supervisor Management Training Academy
 
 
The Supervisor Management Training Academy is designed to help new supervisors succeed in the new role as a manager or supervisor at TSTC. Most people are promoted because they were proficient in their previous job, but they do not always have management experience. The duties of supervisor include communications, leadership, problem solving, employee supervision, finance and so much more.
 
This course will provide the information you will need in your new role as a supervisor. It is important that you know basic human resource law, conflict resolution and how to motivate a positive team environment. These are just a few of the topics covered in this course.
