Graduate salaries for recreational vehicle technicians can vary widely; starting salaries range from $12 to $15 an hour, with a median of $31,000 a year. Many technicians work overtime, boosting the first five-year earnings to $40,000 to $60,000 or more. In three to five years, many graduates advance to higher positions as a team leader or shop foreman with substantial pay increases and other benefits.
