The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) provides a range of pre- and post-award services to principal investigators (faculty and staff), including information on open funding opportunities, proposal submission and award negotiation, related agreements (memoranda of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, material transfer, sub-awards, etc.), and financial management of grant accounts.

The OSP team operates across the TSTC System, providing local campuses assistance with proposal development and post-award management and compliance monitoring, and leveraging additional impact through system-wide (and state-wide) partnerships, best practices training, and networking.
