Graduates from our program will be able to work in collision repair and paint shops to enhance and restore automobiles as well as repair those that have been damaged in accidents. You may also choose to work in any industrial facilities where cutting, welding, painting, adhesives, and coating applications are used.

The Auto Collision Technology Instructors at TSTC have extensive experience and knowledge of this field of study. Not only do they have decades of experience teaching and educating, most of our instructors have worked in the Auto Collision industry for many years as well. Collectively, our faculty holds dozens of special certifications and achievements from some of the most recognized Auto-Collision Training Companies in the country: I-CAR as well as Automotive Service Excellence or ASE.
Small class size
At TSTC, our Auto Collision Technology classes are small and intimate. We make sure each student gets the individualized attention and help they need. In fact, the student to teacher ratio in this program is 17:1.
The instruction is coupled with time spent in training centers that revolve around real work experience on live projects. This pairing gives the student a sense of engagement and offers optimum preparation for the workplace.
When you enroll in the Auto Collision Program at TSTC, you will be guided by our experienced instructors who will walk you through the use of cutting edge collision repair technology and equipment. They make sure you experience and feel comfortable with the tools you’ll be working with in the industry.
Most of the time a student spends in this program will be in the paint or body shop. The student will be given tasks exactly as he or she would in a regular on-the-job situation. Tasks include repairing dents and dings, straightening structural damage, and prepping and refinishing modern vehicles.
TSTC has placed industry professionals in the driver’s seat. Our Advisory Committee members are determining what is taught and how it is conveyed to you so that the methods and technology TSTC incorporates are the desired, front line solutions. In a field with fast moving advances and changes, it’s crucial to make sure our training matches the needs of the auto collision industry.
