TSTC’s Culinary Arts Department provides practical, hands-on instruction, experienced chefs and staff, top advisors and real-world experience to help you prepare for a successful profession in the industry.
A quick route to the field is a Certificate of Completion program in culinary assistance. The estimated time for a full-time, academically prepared student to complete the certificate program is less than year. The certificate is also useful if you have another degree and wish to gain additional knowledge in food service.
