Culinary Dining at TSTC
If you enjoy fine gourmet food, you won’t want to miss the weekly gourmet luncheons prepared by Texas State Technical College’s Culinary Arts chefs and students.
Meals are served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday during the spring semester in the Greta W. Watson Culinary Arts Center, located on the corner of Campus Drive and 8th Street. (View map).
For additional information, contact the TSTC’s Culinary Arts department at 254-867-4868.
NOTE: TSTC employees and patrons who wish to dine in must arrive early (between 11-11:30 a.m.) to get seating. Most days the dining room will be full by noon and the staff will have to turn patrons away. You may reserve a table for six or more, under six is first-come, first-served.
Another option is to order your meal “To Go” at the counter and eat on the patio (there is no service on the patio) or take it elsewhere.
Thank you for your patience this semester with both the Culinary Arts staff and its students. Remember, this is a learning experience for the students and limiting the number dine in patrons will give them a chance to learn effectively — and give patrons better service overall.
