Culinary jobs are readily available nationwide. Did you know that Food service, the nation's largest retail employer, accounts for three out of every 10 retail workers? Data shows that in Texas, food preparation and jobs in related fields are one of the top three most employed positions, and according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of chefs, head cooks, and food preparation and serving supervisors is expected to increase by 6 percent through 2018!
