Administrative Assistant Diane Buxkemper, a Bellmead native, joined the TSTC Waco Police Department in 2006. She is a certified Red Cross First Responder and Red Cross trainer for CPR, AED and First Aid. She is active in both Boy and Girl Scouts, and is currently assisting with Explorer Post 411 from the TSTC PD.
 
 


Dispatcher James Harris is a former Warrant Officer in the signal corps of the Texas State Guard. Harris is a member of the Texas State Guard Radio Club, where he is an active amateur radio operator and is currently serving as President.
