It is the policy of Texas State Technical College to comply fully with the published mandates of the Student Right-to-Know & Campus Security Act (pdf)

(Public Law 101-542), the Higher Education Technical Amendments of 1991 (Public Law 102-26), the Higher Education Amendments of 1992 (Public Law 102-325), and that each operating unit of the System prepare and follow procedures to satisfy the stipulations of the Act, as amended.
