Texas State Technical College Waco constantly updates its equipment and gear to the newest in law enforcement technology. While TSTC Waco is a world-renowned technical college, it is also a small city with its own family- and single-housing neighborhood, apartments, major aviation industries, parcel delivery industry and busy public airport. TSTC Waco is committed to keeping its officers supplied with the latest knowledge and equipment. The Uniform Patrol Division Officers include:
 
Sergeant Wes Spencer began his career at the Amarillo Police Department in 1982. In 1989, he joined TSTC Amarillo before transferring to TSTC Waco. Spencer has more than 18 years with TSTC, and is currently serving as the supervisor of the night shift. He also holds a Master Police Officer License.
   
Sergeant Craig Lampe joined TSTC Waco in 2001. He is currently the supervisor of the evening shift. His department responsibilities include Crime Victim Liaison. Lampe currently holds an Advanced Peace Officer certification, Mental Health Officer Certificate and Special Investigator Certificate. He is also the department's liaison to the Secret Service, when President George W. Bush lands at the TSTC Waco Airport.
   
Officer William “Willie” Galliart has been with the TSTC Waco Police Department since 1992. Galliart came to TSTC Waco from the City of Bellmead where he worked as a police officer, firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician.

Galliart holds a Master Peace Officer Certification. Some of his college responsibilities include serving as the evidence, crime scene identification officer and firearms instructor. Galliart is a member of the day shift.
   
Officer Ricky Roberts joined TSTC Waco in 2002. He holds an Advanced Peace Officer License from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Roberts is a member of the day shift.
   
Officer Roman Proctor, a native of Waco, joined TSTC Waco in 2005 after graduating from McLennan Community College's Law Enforcement Academy in the fall of 2004. He currently holds a Basic Peace Officer License and is working towards his Intermediate Peace Officer License and an associate degree in criminal justice. Proctor is a member of the day shift.
   
Officer Jeffrey Mullen, a native of Waco, has been working in law enforcement for more than 13 years. Prior to joining TSTC Waco in 2004, Mullen was with the McLennan County Sheriff's Department. He is the department's canine officer. Mullen is a member of the evening shift.
   
Officer Sedrick Hall joined TSTC Waco in 2007. Hall is a member of the evening shift.
   
Officer Allen Davis joined TSTC Waco in 2006, and has been in law enforcement for more than three years. Davis began his career with the Valley Mills Police Department. Davis holds certifications as a Standardized Field Sobriety Practitioner, SAFVIC and SAFIC Cyber crimes. Davis is a member of the evening shift.
   
Officer Art Reeves has been a Texas Peace Officer since 1992, and joined the TSTC Waco Police department in 2000. Prior to coming to TSTC Waco, Reeves was with the Lott Police Department in Falls County. He holds an Advanced Peace Officer License from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Currently, Reeves is posted on the night shift.
   
Officer Ray Butler is a native of Waco. He graduated from the McLennan Community College Law Enforcement Academy in the fall of 2005 and joined TSTC in 2006. Prior to TSTC, he worked as a security officer and armored car personnel. Butler is a member of the night shift.
