About us

Success Coaches are available to assist students with questions pertaining to academic placement, academic progress, course and degree completion, personal & financial matters, and other related concerns that can potentially affect their ability to be successful in college, remain enrolled in college, and ultimately graduate from college.

Also, working alongside TSTC’s Coordinator of Career Services, the Retention staff is active in assisting students with their job search needs upon graduation.  Help with internships and part-time jobs is also available.  Students are encouraged to visit our Career Services Center for access to various job search resources, including how and where to look for employment, resume writing, interview skills, professional networking and on-campus career fairs held throughout the year.
