Telecommunications Technology is an exciting career field that encompasses multiple employment disciplines and opportunities. One of every eleven telecommunications jobs in the United States is in Texas. Texas employers hire the second largest number of telecommunications technicians in the nation. And several of the world's largest telecommunications equipment manufacturers have plants in Texas, with others across the border in Mexico. Those factors add up to hundreds of choice career opportunities for skilled graduates of TSTC's Telecommunications Technology programs.

Associate of Applied Science degrees are available in Telecommunications Technology and Teleconferencing Systems. Certificate programs are offered in Radio Communications and Global Communications Systems Installation.
